CJR Propulsion and Fabrication has grown its Southampton presence by taking an additional unit at Quayside Road.
The space is the new home of the fabrication arm of operations, which has moved from Poole, Dorset. It enables greater links between the two sides of the business to meet client demand and will deliver cost-saving efficiencies.
Commenting on the move, CJR Managing Director Mark Russell said: “The move supports our long-term business aim to develop more comprehensive support packages for our customers who are looking to source everything from sterngear to exhaust systems in one place. By bringing both arms of the business physically closer together we can work more effectively. The move also brings other cost-saving efficiencies, which will reassure our customers that our robust business plan stands-up to potential future Covid-19 uncertainties.”
CJR’s fabrication capabilities range from engine brackets to fuel tanks, designing and manufacturing the very best stainless and aluminium fittings and structures for yachts and motorboats of all sizes.
